Pre-Orders:

When you place a preorder, your spot is reserved for one of the first copies of the purchased game that Capital Games receives. Please note that a preorder does not guarantee a game on the posted release date. Games will ship on or after the release date indicated on the product page, but these dates are subject to change without notice.

Games are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. If all games from the initial shipment are allocated, any remaining preorders will be fulfilled as restock shipments arrive. Preordering secures your copy of the game, ensuring you don't miss out when it goes out of stock. Please understand that release date delays, product allocation issues, and other logistics, production, or distribution factors beyond our control are not grounds to alter this policy.

Payments for preorders are captured immediately. If you choose to cancel your preorder, a 10% processing fee, based on the total order value, will apply.

Preorders can be cancelled at the discretion of Capital Games. Should your preorder be cancelled, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment and a notification email.

Returns:
